New Workshop about Stressmanagement for BSc and MSc Students is coming this semester!
Info: The workshop will give you a better understanding of the underlying mechanisms of stress and its relationship to burnout. You will learn how to prevent severe states of stress by learning different coping strategies to achieve more balance in your life. There will be theoretical input as well as group discussions. A willingness to actively participate is required.
